ABOUT KLART

Klart is based in Manchester. Just inside the M60, 12 minutes from Space studios and 25 mins from Media City. 

We work with a number of transport firms, and can deliver nationwide usually on a next day service and at a fair price. Our hire fees are competitive enough to neutralise this cost.  

Klart is in it's early stages, we have many new and exciting works on commission as well as those waiting to be framed, catalogued and uploaded. So keep checking back in, or subscribe to our newsletter. 

We are also working on some exciting side projects that should come to fruition in the near future. Watch this space.

TERMS OF HIRE

• Artworks are clearance free on a global basis, for use in film, Tv, theatre or any other audio visual application.
• Artworks may not be reproduced, altered, or depicted in a way that may be directly damaging towards the artist.
• Artworks are the sole responsibility of the hirer from the point of collection until the point of return.
• Lost items will be subject to an invoice for the full replacement value (RV).
• Damaged items will be subject to a repair cost.
• Unless specified, all works are originals, and therefore are both unique and fragile.
• We understand that occasionally glass will be removed to eliminate reflections, whilst our preference is that you don’t, sometimes this is unavoidable. Some media, such as chalk pastel are extremely delicate, and the glass must not be removed. Glass that has been removed must be replaced clean and fingerprint free on the inside, and the backing board must be secured with framers points and paper framers tape, please do not use any other means. Rectifying this at our end will be charged at 1 weeks hire per item.
• Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.
• Artworks are hired at 10% of Replacement value for the 1st week, 5% for the second and 2.5% per week thereafter.
